So I Had This Dream...

So it was sort of windy outside....

I wasn't really planning on writing today but I just HAD to tell you about the strange dream I had last night.

First, you should know that I was sad and unhappy when I went to bed because the Cardinals lost (again) to the Rangers and are now down 3-2 in the series.

Second, you should know that when I get stressed about stuff, I sort of obsess about it.

Third, you should know it was REALLY windy last night.

So after the Cardinals blew it, I went to bed.  And then I had the following dream...

It was REALLY windy (which it actually was).  In fact, it was so windy that things started blowing off the house.  Porch light fixtures, shingles, pieces of the fence and swing set.  Stuff was ripping off the house and I kept saying "LOOK!  NOW WE HAVE TO FIX THE SHINGLES!  OH GREAT!!  NOW WE HAVE TO REPLACE ALL THE PORCH LIGHTS!"  So the whole dream was how the Kansas wind was destroying my house and at the same time destroying my dream of selling the house and my life long dream of moving to Mississippi.

Okay.  I have never had a dream about moving to Mississippi.

So I woke up and went to the window and looked to see if shingles were littering my yard.  Which they were not.  I was relieved.

What do you suppose this dream means?  Does it mean

• I have a sub-conscious fear of wind?  
• I am waiting for some terrible (and expensive) event to occur that will hinder the sale of my house?
• I have an irrational and psychic premonition?
• Nothing?
